I’m not trying to complain for no reason, but the tracking has been stuck for days and I still haven’t received my package. I get that delays happen, but it would be nice to at least see some kind of update so I know what’s going on.

I was browsing troyleedesigns.com they’ve got a good mix of MTB stuff, helmets, jerseys, random bike gear, all that. I kept clicking around longer than I meant to. The sizes and colors were decent too, which is always nice, though a couple things I actually wanted were out of stock. Bit annoying, but not a dealbreaker. Overall it was easy to find gear I’d probably buy, and then I’d remember I was just supposed to be looking

I was about to place an order on troyleedesigns.com, but once I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost, I just kind of stopped. Like, I totally get that shipping isn’t always free, but for a small order it felt way too high. It basically made the whole thing not worth it for me, so I ended up closing the page. Disappointing, honestly.

I had to reach out to Troy Lee Designs about an issue with my order, the response took a bit longer than I was hoping. I’ve bought their gear before because a friend of mine swears by the brand, so I expected the whole process to be a little smoother. They did answer my questions eventually, but there was some back and forth before everything got figured out. In the end, they helped me out, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. It was just okay. I think their customer service could be a little quicker and more clear

The website was easy to use, but I was a bit frustrated that a few things I actually wanted were out of stock. I ended up picking something else, so it worked out in the end, but I do think they need to stay on top of inventory better or at least make it clearer when items won’t be available.

My order from troyleedesigns.com was packed well overall, but the shipping box did show up with a small dent on one side. Thankfully nothing inside was damaged, so it wasn’t a big deal for me. I’d just warn others to give the package a quick look when it arrives, since the box could probably be a little sturdier. Still, no real complaints, 4 stars from me.

My order took way longer to arrive than I thought it would, and the updates weren’t very helpful or timely. I kept checking for more information, but I really expected clearer instructions or at least a better idea of what was going on with the delivery. Overall, I’m disappointed with the shipping experience and probably wouldn’t order again

My first impression after ordering from troyleedesigns.com was not great. The international delivery dragged on way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely moved, so I spent most of the time wondering where my parcel even was.
When it finally showed up, I got hit with extra fees too, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I’m sure it might be fine if you’re ordering locally, but based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t bother with an overseas order again.

The gear definitely looks nice, and that’s what caught my eye at first. But the descriptions felt thin, so I had a hard time figuring out the sizing and what the features actually were. I remember staring at one product photo way too long because there was this random bright orange zipper pull, and I still couldn’t tell if it was functional or just for looks. I just expected a little more detail before feeling comfortable buying.

I bought this a few weeks ago and was happy with it at first, but after using it for a short time, I started noticing the straps were already fraying. By the end of those first few weeks, it looked way more worn than I expected. Kind of disappointing because I was hoping it would last much longer.

I tried to exchange a jersey and just got frustrated. I was mostly focused on figuring out the return steps, but the instructions felt all over the place and the replies took way too long. After dealing with that, I don’t think I’ll order from them again...

I’ve been using this gear for a little while now, mostly on longer rides over the past few weeks, and it’s been really comfortable overall. The fit was good right from the first ride, and I didn’t have to mess with it much. My only small complaint is that I wish the padding was just a tiny bit softer, especially after a couple of hours. Still, I’m happy with it and would definitely keep using it

I liked a lot of what they had, but using the site on my phone was frustrating. The menus were slow, and trying to find the right sizes took way longer than it should have. Of course, this happened when I was already in a rush, so the timing really couldn’t have been worse

I ordered my usual size and even checked the size chart first, but yeah... it still fit way too small. Kind of frustrating because I thought I was being careful. Returning it wasn’t exactly easy either, so now I’m not sure what size I’d even pick if I tried ordering again.

I got the right size, which was great, but the color wasn’t quite what I expected lol. Not a huge deal, but still a little off.

I was looking into Troy Lee Designs, the feedback around them seems kind of all over the place lately. Some people seem really happy with it, but then I kept seeing enough complaints about that stuff that it made me pause. In the end, I just didn’t feel like taking the chance.

I can see the appeal because the designs are definitely eye-catching and cool, but they felt a little too loud and busy for me overall. Compared to some competitors that keep things a bit cleaner and more minimal, these just aren’t really my style.

I really wanted this helmet to work out, but the fit just wasn’t quite right for me. At first it seemed okay when I put it on, but after riding for a short while, it started feeling tight and uncomfortable. It wasn’t unbearable, but definitely enough that I noticed it and kept having to adjust it. Might work better for someone with a different head shape, but for me the fit was kind of off.

I feel okay using it so far. It seems safe enough, which is what I was hoping for, though I still find myself wanting a little reassurance now and then that everything is working the way it should. Overall, it gives me a decent sense of comfort.

I usually do the quick little “does it feel sturdy in my hands?” test, and this passed right away. The quality just feels solid, like something I don’t have to overthink.
